And may the darkest night of the year reveal your most sacred desire.
You are Love.

Hello, my dear friend.
Happy Solstice.
What is on your heart?
Gratitude and surrender are on mine.

I am still determining what comes next.
But I know right now that I am whole.
I am here. I know this moment is an invitation for sacred activism in the name of those who need more love.

That is where you and I come in.

What else can you and I create out of Love?
This is my soul's intuitive answer today: Give more Love:) Allow yourself to feel more Love.
Receive.
It is ALL in the name of Love.

So, today, I am called to offer you an impromptu, soul-healing community coaching call to end the year and welcome 2024 with Gratitude and Faith.

The theme is "Your Heart's Truth."

During the call, I will hold a space for you to be seen, ask, and receive my guidance on anything you feel called to.

This call will allow you to share and experience more power in yourself and your purpose.

Relationship. Intimacy. Sexuality. Desire. Faith. Destiny.

As for me, today, on this shortest day and longest night, I will rest some of my dreams and many of my plans.

I just returned from the sunny land of Los Angeles to the snow of Quebec to spend the holidays with my family before I went to Costa Rica in late January.

I am also on a vision quest as we get closer to the New Year.
I am asking myself...and I invite you to ask: "What matters most to my heart right now?"
Working with the Sacred Masculine.
Letting him hold me.

Nurturing myself and my Feminine.

Supporting my clients and community.

This year, I am offering a group sacred intimacy program and a Sacred intimacy retreat.


And...who knows?
Right now?
You and I are here.
Trust your path.
There are no coincidences.


I can say Yes. I am here for it all. I trust. I surrender.
I am afraid. I will fail. And I must keep going because I Love this. Because I am here for this. Because it is my deepest desire.

Here is a poem for you, blessing your path forward.
 

Shine your Light on your Darkest night.

Rest now,
You worked so hard to make sense of it all.
In the dark.

Rest now, and let the Night take care of your endings.
Rest now, and let tomorrow's light show you the beginning.
Invite the Night to take your hand and whisper:
"All is well. You are home.

Ask only for that which you know is true in your heart. 
And it is given."

May she carry you to sleep,
May she tuck you in.

May she help you release all the dreams of
What no longer is.

Trust her lingering.
Trust her embrace.

May the longest night sweep away your fears with her breath.
May she give you more faith in your beginnings.
May she plant fresh, fertile dreams in your wise heart.

On this shortest day, on this longest night,
May you see the seed of your light 
Burn brighter in the dark of Her Embrace.

And so it is.
May your dream ignite more of your light,
And bring it to the world, through your insight
Tomorrow.

Sleep tight tonight, my friend.
I know you are the Light.


I cannot ignore or bypass the fear, rage, and grief in the world while also feeling my gratitude and reverence for my life.
What a blessing.
This body. This sacred body is here for Love.
And so I ask for Grace.
For forgiveness.
For peace.
For the Power Of Love.

For your trust that Your power is Your Capacity to Love.

I ask that you and I use our power wisely and fully.
