Hello, my Love.
How is your heart today?
Whether you are in a male or female body, This is for You.

I invite you and urge you to enter your relationship with the Sacred Feminine.
How do You treat her desire?
How do you show up for her?

I am learning that most of us do not know how to nourish, worship, and allow her to give us our power back- to Be the healing we are looking for.
The Scared Feminine is the experience of Your Energy moving as Love in your Body.

I am here, in deep surrender, that I do not need more adventures or experiences "out there."
I need to go deeper into the experience in my Body:

My Yoni, My Womb, My Heart.

This is why I will be cutting my adventure trip short and going into a Tantric training that, until now, I know I was not ready for.

But now, I hear Her call.

She wants MORE of me.
She is calling out More of my power, and I must sacrifice everything standing in the way of my full, devoted YES.

Over the last couple of days in my morning practice, as I finally moaned and moved the energy I had been resisting up and down my Body in my practice and felt my Body in such a gentle way after a few days of neglecting my pleasure...because..."I am busy and sleepy, and I feel good already...I need to do this one thing first...etc."
I Felt Her Power. her Pleasure. Her Magic. Her Trust in Me.

She deserves more from me.

She Wants More.

She Deserves More.

I am here for it.

She, the Sacred Feminine, The Goddess with many faces and expressions: the Great. She needs you, and she needs me to welcome her, nurture her, allow her to move and heal us, and express our fullest potential.
That is sacred intimacy and self-love.
That is Self-Full, not Selfish Love.

That is my devotion to serving God- as the One that worships and holds my Goddess and her sacred, devotional dance.

I am currently in a lovely personal retreat space in Costa Rica, as I give my body the much-needed sunshine, air, and greenery I so deeply craved.

As I walk the new small-town village streets, watch the locals, and make new connections, I recognize that my most immense joy is being with myself, dancing, writing tantric poetry, coaching my clients, and recording my videos and podcasts.
My self-soothing and self-pleasure practice.

My Love for the Feminine in me.
Her yearning.
Her pain. Her Desire.
Her Desire is Sacred.

She is pure Love.

This is Her.
This is sacred feminism, as my beloved teacher Sally Kempton shares.

She is a wild, erotic, playful, fiercely loving Guide - and She belongs to the one who honors and chooses to serve her.
She is Mary Magdalene. She is Kali. She is Durga. She is Isis. She is Venus. She is Lilith.


She is the Goddess of Love in service to Him: the Sacred Masculine: Our Higher Consciousness, Truth, Integrity, and Peace.

I yearn to create. I yearn to come. I desire to feel my body receive, trust, and give Love.
I yearn to laugh, cry, and yell and let her show me the way back to my heart and Yours.
Let's love her.
Let's welcome her.

Let's learn what she needs and what she desires Within You.
The Sacred Desire in your Heart guides You to manifest what your whole being yearns for.

She loves the challenge of showing you the monster under your bed.

I learned an acronym in my first coaching program 12 years ago: FEAR: False Experiences Appearing Real.
Is that not so?
Only Your Heart knows what is true.

So call Shakti into your heart, and prepare for the storm of dying to the old and being reborn as Her.
She is the Great healer, the Great Mother, and the Embodied, Sacred Love Warrior and Lover you want to Embody.
