This full moon energy is big.
So the Astrological weather is pretty intense.

The first full moon of the year.

By the way, this moon is called the Wolf Moon.

It is asking you to stand in your Wild Woman/Wild Man.
Retrieving lost, unloved, and perhaps...what feels like unlovable, parts of yourself.

Can you love the unlovable?

Yes. That is how you heal and integrate your shadows.
That is how you grow into your soul's gifts.

This is the deep work required to live your destiny with joy, purpose, and fulfilment.

Let's use this potent energy.

Step into more of your truth with these intuitive, reflective questions to journal on this week:

Look at whatever you are currently "challenged with" in your life.
Job, relationship, health, family issues?

Pick one most critical area that is consuming your thoughts.

Now ask yourself, and journal on:

1. What part of you feels unlovable right now? Give her a name, a face, a clear 'feeling."

2. How can you hold space for her right now?

3. What is her message?

4. How can the loving, powerful, worthy, and wise part of you (I call her "The Whole, Magnetic You") integrate the message of the shadow side you identified above by guiding you to show up differently in response to the challenge you are currently facing?

Be specific. 

You will witness the difference in responding from your Higher Self vs. Reacting from your ego-habit.
