So...what do you say we shake it up this year? Let's break the rules. Let's do less, and love more.
Mindset, life purpose, healing, abundance, spiritual awakening
What will you do with your one precious life this year?
Be true.
Be full of devotion to your heart's truth
That is my one and only "goal."
I say no to monumental goals or resolutions for now.
Join me in saying YES to core needs that you are craving from yourself.
Is it to feel safe?
Is it feeling healthy?
Is it discovering your body's pleasure?
Is it feeling like you are seen and accepted?
I am saying no to anything else until my core desires are met.
Join me.
And none of these include BIG goals.
They are soul yearnings. They are true desires. No lists, or big, ambitious goals for me.
Here is my prayer:
I want you to feel more deeply connected to your womb power and body.
I want you to feel held and led by your soul purpose.
I want you to feel aligned to the core values of your heart in everything you say, write, do, create, and wish for.
I want you to learn to receive so fully, it makes you feel giddy.
Some lessons from me:
I learned that my goals do not matter nearly as much as the feeling of deep connection to what is true for me at the moment.
this year I embraced my shamanic gifts, deep, sacred sexuality practice, tantra, shadow work as modality, art therapy, sacred dance, and theatre practice, with archetypal goddess work in tandem with the "light, ascended spiritual healing path." I have walked, taught, and studied for the past 15 years.
I devoted myself to the work taking place in the basement of our being to get to the "top."
it's delicious,
It has been life-changing.
And business changing.
As in my soul went and retrieved me.
Ir wasn't sexy, or pretty, but it was the deepest spiritual awakening/dark night of the ego, I have yet to experience.:) And it came so fully thanks to my 2 coaches and one exceptional teacher.
So I am devoted to serving you deeper than ever before this year, while I go deeper into the work I am called to birth which will include an embodied sacred sexuality coaching program. Stay tuned.
I promise you to keep taking you deeper than you can take yourself.
To help you embody your sacred union, creative power, wholeness, and actualize your gifts.
It is the only path to a full soul-body realization.
If you dare to claim it.
So.
This year was monumental for all of us.
Amen to the parts of you you are grieving that is not true anymore.
So...what do you say we shake it up this year?
Let's break the rules.
Let's celebrate fewer things on our calendars.
What is your version of soul-aligned prosperity?
Let's do less, and love more.
Love more parts of you that year to be cherished.
Let's throw out the words that make us squirm.
Let's unfollow, leave, and unsubscribe from anything that does not highlight our divinity.
Let's make space for more pauses to witness the truth of our hearts.
I wish you to commit the next week to notice what truly brings you joy, what ignites a fire in your hungry heart, what scares you because it means getting vulnerable with the truth of what you want to say, to express, to create.
What if that was THE thing that will set you free?
What if you could be fully seen as yourself, and it was THE thing the world wants from you?
What if one of your core wounds is a source of your genius?
What if it was divinely planned this way, and all you have to do is answer the call?
It will all make sense.
It will all come together, I promise.
It is ALL worth it.
Do you have a secret no one is open to receiving?
Let's have you sit quietly with it, and take one step to embody more of your truth as you step into 2022.
Let's do this together.
Here is my wish list for you and I.
I wish you to remember more of your juice every day.
I wish you to put your needs first.
I wish you to get honest with figuring out what they are.
I wish you to take radical, fierce responsibility for what you want.
I wish you to ask for help when you know you need it.
I wish you to celebrate yourself for speaking your truth in every little moment, where you want to hold back.
I wish you o choose kindness, and freedom over righteousness, or achieve milestones that do not make you feel seen, met, or true to your heart.
I wish you to learn how to give yourself the thing you need most.
I wish you to invest time in learning how to offer your heart to another so fully, they are healed by your desire to love.
And the rest?
Ideas about who you need to become, what you need to do to make it in the world, what you should want?
If it is not true if it does not feed your wild heart...if it does not serve your loved ones and your community...
I say fuck it.
I am done with running through my silence.
What if this was it?
No more Strategies?
no more keeping up with others' ideas of success?
No more rules about what you have to do to earn love, recognition, success, wealth, joy?
Which right now is silence.
A lot of dancing and uncomfortable conversations about what really makes my life worth living.
Good people. Kindness.
Quiet moments where my grief is given the love it has been asking for.
A full-blown love affair with the dream I had about creating a mystery school for women where we can share, learn, cry, scream, move pain into pleasure, wail, and be heard and recognized as the divine beings we are.
A book of poetry about what it means to have a desire to birth, but no idea how to do it
Actually, I think this day, January 31st is not the last day of the year. It is the last day of this life.
Life as you know it.
What myth will you create for yourself this year?
How can you craft a practice that supports the deeper work you know you have to do to transmute karma, your habits, your fears, and your beliefs?
Who will you trust this year?
It starts with you.
What is the deepest yearning in your heart?
How can you honor it this January?
P.S.
Personally, I really came back home to myself this year.
A big win I had that I know would serve you:
Recognizing my version of prosperity and soul success is not like anything I have expected or seen.
And falling in love with the mystery of it.
Meticulously letting go of things that were not true to who I am, some of which I worked very hard to get.
How about you?
