How are you?

It happens so fast.

Someone says something harsh; you hear a sad piece of news; you remember a traumatic experience, or you start thinking about what scary thing could happen tomorrow.

And your sense of confidence and peace is lost.

You are sad, angry, worried, and fearful.

Maybe even guilty for losing your “sense of gratitude.”


You go into a state of sadness.

And, you are Allowed.

Do it.

Feel it, and Use it!

What do you do when something or someone profoundly upsets you?

My dear friend, I feel you. I used to, and still sometimes go:

"No. Not interested, done, goodbye!"

But, Wait.

How can we heal, and grow through the negativity that inevitably comes?

Can you sprout out, like a gorgeous, wild flower through cement cracks?

Yes.

First, I urge you to let go of the negative, toxic situation, and people that make you feel “less than".”

That is something I adamantly work on with my clients.

Energetic boundaries are essential to your experience of self-worth, peace, and confidence.

However, then, I invite you to Use your pain: 

Let's get present with what you can create despite, and out of, your negative feelings.

The person or experience you are hurt by is a messenger.

What do they have to say to you, BETWEEN the lines?

Life is always communicating with your higher self.

Your ego will try to keep you powerless, in victimhood.

Are you listening to your true self? The one that is always kind to you?


Your feelings are the BEST source of information.

Your sad emotions are guideposts. And in your pain, lies your power.

Use your feelings as information on what you desire to receive, or resisting to let go of.

Can you improve HOW you are living tomorrow, based on this feeling right NOW?

Does this morose feeling mean, it is time to release something?

What do you do?

  1. Watch me guide you through the experience of connecting to yourself, in this video or below.

  2. Then go on a gratitude walk.

  3. What can you learn about your own power out of this negative experience?

Remember one thing you cherish about your life.

And repeat it to yourself, really owning how you feel about it now.

Go for a 15-minute gratitude walk, or sit down and connect to the knowledge that you are being taken care of right now.

I care about you. I might not know you, but I do. Really.

Remind yourself that you have proof of this now. This is it.

If you are stressed, and the future is making you anxious, you are not alone.
