Hello Dear Friend,

How is your heart?

A short one today: a love note to your womb (men too, you have a womb).

A place of creating, allowing, receiving, and birthing, giving something that is urging you to come back to love.

The world and the collective subconscious is trembling.

Let us not underestimate that many of us are worried, scared, and anxious about the future.

Here is a breathing exercise I have started to implement with people I coach, friends, and myself.

It is simple, very soothing, and fun.

 I adapted it from the Buddhist tradition of Tonglen: A Healing Breath technique for changing anger, worry, and any negativity into healing presence, joy, and loving awareness. 

I call it Your Womb Healing Tonglen.

It is magic! Honestly, try it. Do it with your kids!

You have the power to heal.

Do you feel broken?

You are not. 

Your thoughts sometimes are. That is okay.

 1. Accept that your body feels anxiety, discomfort, and fear. It is real. But it is not what you are in essence. 

2. You are watching it happen.

3. You have this moment. What will you do with it?

Will you choose to recognize and live in your fertile power to transform any thought into another?

Your breath is where change is born.
