Next, grab your favorite journal and answer the following 3 questions, without trying to find the "right" answer.
Just let your stream of consciousness (your intuitive self,) guide you:
1. Who do you want to become in the next 6 months?
2. What does this version of you really want you to do?
3. What scares you the most about becoming her?
That's it.
Contemplate what this powerful version of you means for your life.
What needs to die?
What becomes possible?
How would that feel in your body?
Explain in detail the embodied feeling of this version of you.
Let that sink in.
Carry that feeling with you tonight as you drift into sleep.
May you find yourself open to receiving what your heart wants.
Remember, your fear hides your deepest desire.
The darkest night reveals the brightest sunrise.
And you are the one who chooses how you meet yourself in it.
May your story take your breath away.
So deeply met, fulfilled, and witnessed, that you know your life was worth it.
