Are You Trapped Should-ing Your Heart?

I have been on a journey lately to disrupt some "ideas" …
The "you should" belief system is one of them.
"I Should" represents a conflict of some sort:
You think you need to do something, but something stops you, and you feel regret, guilt, and disappointment.
No shit.
Why “should you” do, or feel anything?
You are right to feel resistance.
This “should” message vibrates in "lack" and insists that you can only make progress, and thrive, if you become something "better" than what you are. Something “else.”
And that is bullshit.
Ridiculous.
"I should sleep more…I should lose weight... I should be more effective in my work...I should find my purpose…"
And…It is ingrained in our minds. Or is it?
Let’s disrupt this algorithm of lack.
I invite you to become aware of every "I should" thought, and artfully "rewrite it" to serve you.
(Instead of validating your ego’s reign over your experience by “shoulding” you around.)
I wonder:
What do you desire to experience more of (instead of "less of")?
Can you take one specific action to make that real for you right now?
For example:
"I should be more active and lose weight" becomes:
“I desire to feel healthier, so I choose to start a fun exercise program and move more every day.”
"I should" be more grateful, becomes:
“I desire to stay in awareness of how much abundance I experience now.”
"I should be more productive," becomes:
“I desire to feel organized and inspired to create”
I should sleep more" becomes…
You tell me, hahaha!
