Your joy in Being Yourself, is a gift to this world.
Mindset, life purpose, healing
Let your joy guide you into the unknown of your purpose.
What if it was your home?
Joy to me feels like peace.
Like playful, trusting, daring openness in the unknown and kindness towards myself and those I get to walk next to.
You.
And this peace reveals what I know for sure:
1. Well, "I "do not know much of anything:-).
2. I know that "something" inside me, and you do.
3. It's always talking to me, and I get to listen to it more deeply every day.
In my life today, Joy looks like trusting the darkness and working with it.
Not spiritually bypassing anything Being with it all. Feeling it all.
And staying present with what is here always.
I am doing my best to prioritize the peace of my heart over anything else.
It looks like creating content for my community, coaching my clients, and becoming a yoga/mindfulness teacher as I continue to discover what I am.
(Get ready for some fun things to come!)
So, how can you experience the Joy of being yourself, like it was your job:)?
I wonder.
What of the next few months were the most joyful and meaningful time you had ever experienced?
Could you start right now?
What feels joyful for you right now?
What is not letting you feel Joy right now?
My clients and I have been contemplating what it means to express and actualize yourself while enjoying your life?
We have become so preoccupied with "actualizing our potential" that we often wholly bypass the one thing that fuels it all:
Experiencing and expressing the Truth of who you are.
It is time to reinvent what you believe your "purpose" is and what your potential, wealth, success, and fulfillment mean to you.
What is your purpose?
What if your purpose was to recognize what you are?
And to develop a devoted relationship with your true self, first and foremost?
That is the path of being In your Joy that I am inviting you into in the video (and podcast) below.
It's a path of freedom, where the only destination is Yourself.
It's beneath and beyond your emotions and thoughts.
It does not come and go.
Falling in love with you, just as you are, as if you did not know who you are- because, honestly, you do not know!
You might disagree.
Yes, I might be wrong, and that's ok!
I am often wrong:)
I still ask:
But what IF?
What if you do not know Who lives beneath your old ideas about yourself?
Below is my video invitation to contemplate a joy that does not depend on anything or anyone but you:
Taking sacred responsibility for your Joy in being alive- as You are now.
I feel deeply that the world needs only one thing:
For you and I to wake up to what we are.
Will we?
I say yes.
Ha! It's happening.
You know, you are doing it now.
You are being it now.
Your being is the answer.
So, do you dare wake up from the ideas of not being healed enough, "not living your purpose," "not there yet," not fully enlightened, not successful enough, behind, overwhelmed, busy, confused, lost, failed ...etc.
And see the Truth of what is here now.
All of you, and empty of these ideas about yourself.
Feel the Joy and the lightness in being your naked, awake, pure self.
If you resist this: That is normal. Great. You're onto something.
Witness your resistance: Where are you not letting yourself feel free to enjoy yourself?
No rules and no expectations.
Know that Your presence as You are- is a gift.
Dare to be here, in the unknown, in the dark, in the emptiness between your "life chapters," amid a global pandemic, a food crisis, inflation, wars, violence...human rights insults...It is all happening.
But you are not happening. You are.
So how can you be with yourself in a way that generates more Joy and healing inside you?
I invite you to discover yourself.
Here, open, empty of your expectations of yourself, ready to have faith in the unknown, at peace with all of life.
Now.
Journaling prompts to support you in this:
How can you evoke more Joy in yourself?
What is hiding it?
What do you need to release to allow yourself to feel Joy?
How can you share the Joy of being yourself with others?
Thank you for reading this, and let me know:
What can you do to allow yourself to feel more Joy today, amidst and independent of everything you are experiencing (and which comes and goes)? All of the "success," the "failures," the worries, the dreams, the pleasure, the worries, the fears, the doubts, and the excitements of your life?
Remember: You are the Source of your Joy.
And you're fucking awesome.
- Love, Sasha
P.S. Writing to you - feels like Joy to me.

P.P.S
Guess what?
Ironically, nice years ago, when I started my coaching practice, I called it "Joy-full Purpose!"
What a journey.
